Returns
We accept returns on all items within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required (invoice or order confirmation).
- Items must be returned to the address provided by our support team.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Customized products or personalized orders.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of special promotions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over ₹500, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
